I like to think of myself as a man of action.  A leader, not a follower.  A Do-er!

When it comes to jumping in  the ocean on a cold winters’ day, I like to think of myself as warm!!!

Today, well over 100 people of all ages gathered at Civic Beach to take the plunge, cheer on the plunge-ees, and welcome the New Year in the Point Lookout tradition.

well over 100 people gathered… getting ready for the plunge.

At 12:00 noon, with the temperature in the high 30’s and a biting 20+ mph wind that made it feel like 20-25 degrees, the charge was led, and dozens took to the waves and participated in the annual event.
